Order Processing
All orders are processed within 14-21 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Courier (local) and typically arrive within 3–7 business days (U.S. domestic orders). Shipping times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Custom & Pre-Order Items
For custom or made-to-order merchandise, please allow up to 2–3 weeks for production before shipping. Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated delivery date specified on the product page.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Final on Custom Items
Due to the personalized nature of custom and made-to-order merchandise, all sales are final on custom items. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or design choices on custom products.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a production error, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Returns on Stock Items
For non-custom, in-stock merchandise, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs. A refund (excluding original shipping) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue, and we’ll ship a replacement at no cost to you.
